1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using OptimaFlow B2B Wholesale Hub ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not install or use the App.

2. Flat Monthly Pricing & Zero Volume Cuts

We believe wholesale portals should not penalize business scale:

Flat Rates: Plans start at $29/mo with zero per-order charges or GMV cuts.
Free Tax Exemption: Basic tax exemption validation is included in all tiers without premium gatekeeping.
No Pre-Live Charges: We never bill merchants before their store is active.

3. Shopify Functions & POS Integration

Wholesale discounts are calculated strictly server-side via Shopify Functions Discount API. The App also supports in-person retail orders through Shopify POS UI extensions without requiring manual discount calculation.

4. Support SLA & Operating Hours

Technical inquiries are handled by dedicated engineers during our Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) operating window, guaranteeing direct assistance for merchants across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
