OptimaFlow builds merchant-first, high-reliability Shopify applications. OptimaFlow B2B Wholesale Hub enables Shopify merchants to manage wholesale price lists, customer tiers, and registration portals using native server-side Shopify Functions without draft order hacks or DOM price leaks.

To operate wholesale pricing and portals, the App accesses:

• Store Identifiers: Your myshopify.com domain and official API access tokens.
• Catalog & Pricing Rules: Products, variants, and base prices needed to execute tiered discounts on Shopify servers.
• B2B Registration Data: Company names, Tax/VAT IDs, and assigned tier tags (e.g., b2b-gold) submitted through your B2B self-serve registration form.

The App never modifies your store's theme liquid files (theme.liquid). Storefront controls operate via official Shopify App Embed Blocks, which cleanly disconnect if the App is ever uninstalled, leaving zero orphan scripts.

When you uninstall the App, our webhook automatically terminates your billing subscription and purges all stored B2B tier configurations, registration records, and audit logs within 48 hours.
