OptimaFlow builds merchant-first, high-reliability Shopify applications. OptimaFlow B2B Wholesale Hub enables Shopify merchants to manage wholesale price lists, customer tiers, and registration portals using native server-side Shopify Functions without draft order hacks or DOM price leaks.
2. Information We Access
To operate wholesale pricing and portals, the App accesses:
- Store Identifiers: Your myshopify.com domain and API access tokens.
- Catalog & Product Data: Products, variants, and base prices needed to calculate tiered discounts.
- B2B Customer Tags & Registrations: Customer tags (e.g.,
b2b-gold), company names, and Tax/VAT IDs submitted via self-serve registration forms.
3. What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent, or monetize your store or customer data.
- We never display 3rd-party advertisements on your storefront or checkout.
- We never modify or inject malicious tracking scripts into your theme.liquid.
4. Data Deletion & Uninstall Guarantee
When you uninstall OptimaFlow B2B Wholesale Hub, our uninstalled webhook immediately marks your account inactive, cancels all billing, and purges stored session credentials. Because wholesale prices are evaluated natively via Shopify Functions, removing the app leaves zero leftover code in your theme.
